I joined Datalogic in 2006. After my career as Commodity Manager in a strategic sourcing team I wanted to enlarge my experience in purchasing/supply process.
I received this opportunity in Datalogic’s purchasing team.  I jumped into daily purchasing and I liked it from the very beginning. Now I can say I’m fond of all the purchasing functions; from purchase order issuing to negotiating with suppliers.

As Datalogic’s production and areas of business in Slovakia grew, our purchasing office increased from one buyer to a team of four. I was promoted and became Purchasing Supervisor. I’m proud of our department and I enjoy working every day with all of Datalogic’s departments worldwide.

I’m happy to work in Datalogic especially thanks to my colleagues in Slovakia, Italy, Eugene and Vietnam. The workplace atmosphere is very friendly and our managers are always patient, supportive and motivating us to achieve company goals.

Working in Datalogic is never boring, but I guess you already knew that!
