Datalogic S.p.A. selected for the first edition of the “Top Employers Italy 2009” report issued by the Dutch company CRF: the Italian Group has been certified as an excellent organization “in its ability to attract and retain valuable people”.

Milan, Italy, April 8, 2009 - Datalogic S.p.A. is a leading Italian company in the management of human resources and an excellent organization "in its ability to attract and retain valuable people".
This is what emerges from the first Italian edition of "CRF - Top Employers Italy 2009" presented in Milan, at the Palazzo delle Stelline on the 7th April.

CRF has indeed landed also in Italy, a Dutch company which - backed by a system elaborated in collaboration with Accenture and boasting a rating of 100 percent awarded by the Dutch Ministry of Economic affairs - has been analyzing and certifying the Top Employers in 10 nations and 3 continents since 1991. The result is the publication of a yearly report, for each reference country, on companies that can be considered as excellent managers of human resources. These companies can consequently exhibit the aspired "Top Employers" quality mark.

This report is now issued for the first time in Italy, entitled CRF-Top Employers Italy 2009. It is published by FrancoAngeli, sponsored by AIDP (Italian Association for personnel management) and LUISS Business School and collaborates with expert consultants such as Mario D'Ambrosio (AIDP), Franco Fontana (LUISS), Luca Solari (University of Milan) and Andrea Pontiggia (SDA Bocconi).

Five standards were used to assess the Top Employers: Business culture, Working conditions, Social commitment, Skills development and Investment in innovation.

Datalogic was acknowledged and certified as a Top Performer, obtaining full marks in the assessment of its "investments in innovation", enabling the company to achieve a fortune in industrial property, consisting of over 850 patents that safeguard its technological know-how worldwide.

A much esteemed award that confirms Datalogic as a highly successful company in all five assessment standards, capable therefore of guaranteeing high working standards and attention towards its employees with the ability to find the key values of its business culture in transparency and loyalty.
