The RIDA DBT6400 imager pairs easily with Android™, Apple® iOS and Windows® Mobile® devices as well as standard laptops equipped with Bluetooth wireless technology. This imager reads 1D and 2D bar codes, damaged or poorly printed codes and bar codes on reflective screens. Its main features include image capture capability, white illumination and the most efficient aiming system in the market place.
The RIDA DBT6400 imager is is equipped with disinfectant ready and antimicrobial enclosures which makes it ideal for bedside point-of-care applications. The compact size and light weight form factor of this mobile imager offers freedom of movement while scanning, with the added benefit of preventing cross-contamination in the hospital.
The powerful and versatile all-in-one software tool that offers easy and fast reader set-up. Datalogic Aladdin provides customers the opportunity to manage the configuration of handheld products, and allows flexible advanced formatting through an intuitive user interface. The tool also makes it easy for customers to upgrade the handhelds firmware, to attain the benefits of new reader features. Used in combination with the Datalogic USB-COM drivers, supports the following Microsoft Â® operating systems: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, XP and Vista, both 32 and 64-bit versions. To make sure you have latest updated configuration files please select "check for updated configuration library on web" in "Tools" menu. On windows 10, 8.1 and 8, the tool shall be launched in administrator mode to allow the automatic configuration update.

The Bluetooth handheld scanner SDK for Android provides resources to enable developers to implement applications using Datalogic RIDA BT scanners, e.g. scanning labels and show them in a specific app. BT Android library and a sample application to demonstrate capabilities are available on GitHub website, below links can be used to reach it. Javadoc files are available as well at same repository. This SDK is provided as Beta software.
