When it comes to the service of your Datalogic product, nobody can do it better than us. Datalogic know what went into making each product and the high expectations you have regarding its performance.

Repairs are carried out by skilled technicians using only Datalogic certified spare parts and testing tools.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) is required for all repairs sent to the Datalogic Service Centers, which can be submitted (availability based on country selection) by

  • Contacting our repair center
  • Logging to the ON-LINE RMA tool: when the on-line RMA session is displayed, you can register online and enter the RMA, with the User ID and password that you will receive to access the on-line tool. You can access this tool 24/7 and check immediately product entitlement, print prepaid shipping labels (for contracted products), follow-up RMA and repair history.
