For the fourth consecutive year, CRF recognizes Datalogic as a Top Employer in the field of Human Resources. Datalogic also receives a special award for excellence in “Training and Development”

Bologna, 20th March, 2012 – Datalogic Group, global leader in automatic data capture and industrial automation, has been awarded the “Top Employers” certification for the fourth year running.

This certification is assigned following a survey of the CRF Institute, the international organization that has assessed and rated over 2500 companies worldwide, since 1991. This assessment is based on the “Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey™”, a scientific and objective method which assesses a wide range of human resource policies and practices.

Datalogic has achieved a particularly high rating in all five areas assessed: “Remuneration Policies”, “Working conditions and Benefits”, “Company Culture”, “Training and Development” and “Career opportunities”, with the highest rating in “Working conditions and Benefits” and “Training and Development”.

This year Datalogic has also won a Special Award in the “Training and Development”  area, thanks to the excellency rated in “defining competences”, “development programs”, “monitoring effectiveness of the development programs”, “mentoring and coaching”, “continuous training” and “involvement of the management in development”.

The award giving ceremony was held Monday 19th March at the Sala Collina in the Il Sole 24 Ore headquarters in Milan, media partner of Top Employers Italy.
