The high sensitivity and reduced hysterisis
of this retroreflex sensor allow to detect even
the slightest attenuation of the received light
emission, caused by the presence of transpa-
rent objects, such as glass or PET bottles
or plastic film sheets for packaging. The
presence of polarisation filters avoids false
switching on shiny surfaces and the coaxial
optics improves the detection precision on
the entire operating range.
