Dimissioni dell'Amministratore Delegato Mauro Sacchetto

Bologna, 15 febbraio 2013 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Datalogic S.p.A. ed il dott. Mauro Sacchetto hanno concordato un cambiamento al vertice del Gruppo.

Mauro Sacchetto ha quindi rassegnato le dimissioni da Amministratore Delegato che il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha accettato ringraziandolo per il lavoro svolto in questi anni.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha attribuito le deleghe al Presidente Ing. Romano Volta che guiderà il Gruppo fino alla nomina di un nuovo Amministratore Delegato.
