• the External Audit Firm’s Reports;
• the Board of Statutory Auditors’ Report;
• the Consolidated non-financial statement 2023;
• the Report on Corporate Governance and Onwership Structure pursuant to art. 123-bis of the consolidated law on finance (TUF).
