Bologna, 16th April 2003 - The meeting of the Datalogic S.p.A. shareholders which took place on 16th April as a first convocation, approved the balance sheet regarding the period ending on 31st December 2002, as well as the distribution of dividends equalling Euro 0.15 (detachment of coupon on 22nd April and payment of 25th April 2003).
The meeting also examined and approved the buy-back proposal.
