• the Annual Financial Report as of 31 December 2025, including the Draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025, with the Directors' Report on Operations, including the Sustainability Report, and the required certifications;
• the Reports of the independent auditors;
• the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors to the Shareholders' Meeting;
• the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to art. 123-bis of the TUF.

These documents are also available at the registered office of the Company and at the authorized storage system eMarket Storage, www.emarketstorage.com.
